Pond Bay Club is planned to be a private enclave of spacious villas and cottages with the amenities of a spa, swimming pools, restaurant, beach club and clubhouse. Located in Chocolate Hole, on perhaps the last great beachfront development parcel in St. John, the Club will be just three miles from Cruz Bay.

A total of fifty 3 and 4 bedroom villas and cottages (beachfront or hillside locations) are available in 1/9 undivided interests (or memberships) as deeded real estate, which can be used for personal and guest use or rented as a vacation destination and can be resold like any other type of real estate.

Pond Bay Club Members and their guests will have a guaranteed fixed week of their choice in the high season and the right to pre-reserve four additional weeks throughout the year. Members can also request additional usage for those last minute getaways on a space available basis. No matter how many times Members or their guests stay at the Club, they are only charged a housekeeping fee.

Folio, who also manage the prestigious Ille De France Club in St. Bart’s, will provide five-star hospitality services including concierge services, on-call transportation, room service and pre-arrival shopping services.

For a limited time, Founders Club Pricing is in effect. After the earliest reservations are taken for units, the prices will be going up.
